Nick Millward, VP Europe, mGage presents the key findings from this Mobile Messaging, State of Mind report.
The research was conducted to get an understanding of how consumers used mobile messaging and the different apps, how they want to engage with brands of all types and how they feel about the communication they get from brands today. One of the other areas of interest was that consumers do not want to talk to brands as much as before and prefer the choice to message instead.
